This simple yet elegant dessert can be prepared ahead or on the spot when guests drop by.

1 cup mascarpone cream
1 cup icing sugar
1/2 cup whipping cream
Mix until smooth and creamy. Serve as a nest or beside fresh strawberries and other berries.
1. Add some orange and/or lemon zest
2. Squeeze the joice from an orange or blood orange into mixture for a fruity taste and light colour.
3. Add 2 tbsp Grand Marnier
